The Concept of Our Practice

From the moment you are born, you have a sense of self – a mind of your own body. In addition, there is an inherited mind – a genetic mind – that you receive from your parents, which shapes your habits. Using your body and habits, you live your life, going to school, meeting people, having relationships, working, and more. As you go through life, you accumulate thoughts, feelings, and emotions – this is what we call Karma. We live in our own mind world, which is made by our karma, habits, and body. That’s why human is incomplete. However, we have a method to cleanse ourselves and we can recover our true minds.

Simple Meditation Trial

To actually practice this meditation technique, you need a detailed guidance from a meditation instructor. In addition, repeated training is required according to the guide. The introductory session lasts for 45 minutes, during which we will explain our practice, how it works, and guide you through a simple trial practice. At the end of the session, we will introduce you to our regular program, which will enable you to meditate consistently.

Each session in the regular program is one hour long, consisting of a 10-15 minute lecture and a 45-50 minute practice.

Although our meditation program is primarily a group experience, either through virtual zoom meditation or in-person classes, we provide a couple of private guidance at the start of the program.

We offer the option for you to choose between attending online or in-person classes, based on your preference and convenience.
