Hello,
My name is Sean, and I am a meditation instructor at Hancock Park Meditation.
I began my meditation journey in 2005, exploring various practices (including different types of meditation) to overcome anxiety, depression, and discover the meaning of life. I encountered mind cleansing practice on my birthday in 2007.
After only a few sessions, I experienced an unexpected sense of hope and found the confidence to believe that discarding my accumulated negative thoughts and habits would lead to a solution. Since then, I have meditated daily for a couple of hours, which has profoundly transformed my life. Anxiety and depression are now distant memories, replaced by constant happiness. I have been a full-time meditation instructor since 2012 and have unwavering faith in our mind cleansing method. I am confident that this technique can offer you unparalleled mind-releasing experiences and personal enlightenment. If you desire a transformed mindset, look no further.
